League of Women Voters
Politics of the Possible in Action has had a formal partnership with the League of Women Voters of Washington since 2012. Together we have sold books, hosted educational forums and advanced civic education. Mary Ellen McCaffree, whose philosophies inspired PPA, was a lifetime member of the League and was the LWV Seattle King Co president from 1958 – 1961.

Quantum Martial Arts
POTPIA’s Executive Director, Alison McCaffree has been training with Quantum since 2009. She is working on achieving the rank of black belt by 2020. Quantum philosophies integrate nicely with advocacy and civic engagement work; empowering yourself while you empower others.
